What information we collect
When you get in touch, book a job, or use our website, we may collect:

• details about the job you need done
• billing details, for invoicing

Why we collect it
We collect your information to get your job done properly. This includes quoting, scheduling, carrying it out, and invoicing you. We may also use it to follow up and check you’re happy with the work, or to let you know about other services you might find useful, if you’ve agreed to hear from us.
You can opt out of any marketing communication at any time by calling us on (08) 8133 1040. Every email we send will also have a simple unsubscribe option.
Our website
Our website uses standard tools like Google Analytics and Google/Meta advertising to understand how people find and use our site, and to show our ads to people who’ve visited before. You can turn these off at any time through your browser’s cookie settings or your Google/Meta ad preferences.
Do we get information from anyone else?
Usually, we only collect information directly from you. Occasionally we’re given it by someone else, for example, if a property manager passes on a tenant’s details for a maintenance job. Where that happens, we’ll let you know what we’ve been given.
Who we share it with?
We don’t sell or trade your information. We only share it where it’s needed to do the job, for example with a subcontractor or supplier working on your property, with the job management software we use to run our business, or where we’re required to by law.
Keeping your information safe
We store your information securely and take reasonable steps to protect it from loss, misuse or unauthorised access. We keep client records for as long as we reasonably need them, including to meet our legal and warranty obligations, and take reasonable steps to dispose of information we no longer need.
Accessing or correcting your information
You’re welcome to ask for a copy of the information we hold about you or ask us to correct anything that’s out of date. Just get in touch using the details below. We may need to confirm your identity first.
